2. Services

“The Cut Across” offers video editing services. Our services may include, but are not limited to, editing, color grading, and audio mixing.

3. Client Obligations

• Content: You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to “The Cut Across” for editing is legal, does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Access: You will provide “The Cut Across” with secure access to your video files, as well as any necessary project-specific instructions or guidelines.
• Feedback: You will provide timely feedback on the edited videos and cooperate with “The Cut Across” to ensure the final product meets your satisfaction.

4. The Cut Across Obligations

• Quality: “The Cut Across” will use reasonable care and skill in providing its services.
• Confidentiality: “The Cut Across” will maintain the confidentiality of your information and materials, except as required by law or with your consent.
• Delivery: “The Cut Across” will deliver the edited videos within the agreed-upon time frame, unless unforeseen circumstances prevent timely delivery.

5. Payment

• Fees: The fee for “The Cut Across” services will be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to change.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late Payment: If payment is not received within the agreed-upon time frame, “The Cut Across” reserves the right to charge a late fee or interest.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all content provided to “The Cut Across” for editing.
• License: By providing content to “The Cut Across”, you grant “The Cut Across” a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested editing services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall “The Cut Across” be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.  

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

9. Amendments

“The Cut Across” reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

10. Severability
